My first post

It has been a work of love and several years in the making. I have created this blog titled Tamarindo and Frambuesa, to house all the books, stories, and novels that I write and publish.

The name Tamarindo and Frambuesa references a favorite treat that I eat when I visit my beautiful island of Puerto Rico, a piragua. Tamarindo is tamarind, a very sour fruit. Frambuesa is quite the opposite; it is the local/wild raspberry.

Piraguas are a delicious treat to have anytime but specially when you are at the beach or walking around in the old city, El Viejo San Juan.

My books have one single purpose; to keep our history as an island and our ancestors alive. I really hope you have a very positive experience reading my books, whether as someone looking in or re-living your experiences growing up Puerto Rican.
